Cancellation Policy

Like all service and appointment based businesses, I will generally charge the full fee if you cancel your place within 12 hours or miss the class. Having said that, I am always supportive - if you or a family member become poorly or experience serious difficulties that mean you can't come please talk to me and at my discretion, I will over ride the charge and re-credit your account. Sometimes I may have to cancel a class for the same reason and will need your understanding. We are all human and these things happen.

Cancelling a class

If you have paid for a single class to join a session and you are either late to the session, cancel within 12 hours of the session (subject to our cancellation policy) or you fail to attend the session, you will be fully charged.

If you are using a class pass to join a session and you are either late to the session, cancel within 12 hours of the session (subject to our cancellation policy) or you fail to attend the session, the credit you used to join that session will be considered spent and you will accordingly lose that credit.

If we cancel a class

In the event that we cancel a Session that you have booked, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email or telephone to let you know. We will offer you the option of being transferred to another equivalent Session at an alternative date and time (subject to availability).
