Private individual yoga is for those who need extra support for whatever reason.
I offer a caring, therapeutic space to those who feel they have somatic symptoms of depression, anxiety or stress. Yoga is the most amazing and beautiful way of connecting with your inner self - to ease body and soul on a journey to healing. It is entirely designed around you.
Sometimes, an individual private yoga session may be just what you need. Whether you want to gain confidence in poses or need a quieter therapeutic practice it will be my pleasure to support you.
Private group yoga
Would you like to share a private yoga session with a friend/s? I'm very happy to accommodate this if you can’t make the times of my regular classes, have guests staying, or are celebrating a special occasion.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS (1 HOUR)
REGULAR ATTENDANCE WITH A MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF 8 WEEKS - one to one, or a small group of up to 3 people is £30 per session
- Regular session for up to 4 people £40
for occasional one off classes:
One off individual session £40
UP TO 4 PEOPLE £60
UP TO 6 People £80
