SOUL SESSION

Next SOUL SESSION is Sunday 2nd Feb

Held on the first Sunday of the month between 10.30 and 13.30, these mini retreat sessions are a time to deeply connect with your body and mind. Each Soul Session has a unique focus and welcomes just six attendees to ensure a small and intimate session.
