Sometimes there hasn’t been the space, time, or safety to let your inner experiences be seen or shared. Counselling offers a place where you don’t have to carry things alone or feel lost with things.

I understand taking the first step can feel a little daunting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, holding too much, or just sensing that things aren't quite right, I want to start by saying welcome, I’m here to offer you a warm, safe space where we can untangle life’s challenges together.

My approach is centered on kindness, care, and deep listening.

I work integratively, which means I draw from different toolboxes to find what feels right for you:

Understanding the Present (CBT): We can look at how your thoughts and behaviours interact and find practical, gentle ways to cope day-to-day.

Honouring the Past (Psychodynamic): If you wish, we can explore how your earlier experiences and learned beliefs might be shaping how you feel today.

Empowering You (Person-Centred): Above all, I believe you are the expert on your own life. I am here to walk alongside you as an equal partner in your healing.

My priority is always the relationship we build together.
