Wellbeing Sessions


If you feel in need of individual support, these sessions are designed to rebalance your nervous system, compassionately explore the stresses and strains you’re managing, help you feel soothed, and more confident in caring for yourself with breathwork, gentle yoga and meditation at home.

Jude uses all of her qualifications and skills during these sessions to guide you towards soothing calm and identifying how to support your needs and wellbeing at home . A typical session will follow this schedule:

 

  • Therapeutic Talking (60)

  • Restorative breath-work (15)

  • Somatic yoga with aromatherapy and guided meditation (45)

  • Reflection/creating self-care (15)
